Lipi Sathi Biswas
Local welding and baking
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Old Lincoln Works
- 1997 to 2022
- English, Bengali
My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 1997 in Mumbai and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
More about Lipi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Lipi: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
