Lipi Rima Bose
Volunteer mentor with Gazipur Learning Hub
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- 2005 to 2020
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Gazipur Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Lipi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lipi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
