Lipi Anika Akter
Welding, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Summit Repairs
- 1994 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I've worked in welding from 1994 to 2025. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,400 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Lipi
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
