I taught home economics at Andes Technical College in Nha Trang from 1989 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me home economics in 1990 at Andes Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on!
