Ling Lei Cao

Athletics coach, Toronto Boxing Gym

  • Toronto Boxing Gym
  • 2000 to 2023

I coached athletics at Toronto Boxing Gym from 2000 to 2023. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
