Helping people break into engineering
- 🇿🇦 Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa
- Sandton Learning Hub
- Since 2011
- English, Zulu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Sandton Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lindiwe: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
