I've coached cross country at Maple Ridge Sports Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Lindiwe: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the time the class pet escaped. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Ribeirão Preto.
