Lincoln Montgomery
Chess and fitness coach, Southampton
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- 1990 to 2018
- English
For 28 years I ran the chess program at Southampton Community Club in Southampton. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You coached me in 2015. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Mapo.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Charlotte.
