Lincoln K. Contreras
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 St. Petersburg, Florida, United States
- 1999 to 2011
- English
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1999 in St. Petersburg and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Lincoln
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Lincoln: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
