For 22 years I've run the netball program at Good Shepherd Sports Club in Los Angeles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Lincoln
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
