Mentor in first-generation students and small business

For 35 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
