Baking, done properly

I've worked in baking since 1984. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,260 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
