Lin Jian Wei
Mentor in trades and engineering
- 🇨🇦 Brandon, Manitoba, Canada

- Since 2003
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,010 people through Valley View Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
