Helping people break into trades
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- Sheffield Association
- Since 1990
- English
For 36 years I've mentored people in trades and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lily: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
