Lily Matthews
Mentor in small business and finance
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Birmingham Mentoring Circle
- 1983 to 1999
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Birmingham Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
