Helping people break into small business
- 🇺🇸 Greensboro, North Carolina, United States

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Highland Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lillian: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
