Helping people break into teaching
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom

For 38 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Lillian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Lillian: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 1996. I still have your notes. Thank you again.
