I teach statistics at Manchester Polytechnic since 2005, and supervised 13 dissertations along the way.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
What gifts mean to Lillian: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
