Liliana T. Vásquez

Self-taught textiles artist

  • 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
  • St. Joseph's Pottery
  • 1997 to 2014
  • Spanish
I'm a textiles artist based in Guadalajara. I've been making things from 1997 to 2014 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I sing in a choir. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Liliana

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
