Liliana McBride
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Kansas City, Missouri, United States
- Ashford Community Club
- Since 1996
- English
For 30 years I've run the athletics program at Ashford Community Club in Kansas City. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Liliana
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
