I taught English literature at Meadowbank Girls' School in San Diego from 1980 to 2014. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Liliana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
