Liliana L. Figueroa
Mentor in small business and writing
- 🇺🇸 Orlando, Florida, United States
- Orlando Association
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 190 people through Orlando Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Liliana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
