Helping people break into teaching

  • 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
  • Alcalá de Henares Mentoring Circle
  • 1997 to 2023
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Alcalá de Henares Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
