I taught special education at Sheffield Grammar School in Sheffield from 1991 to 2004. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Liliana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
