For 39 years I've mentored people in software and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Liliana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Liliana: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first software job in 2006. I still have your notes. Greetings from Nagpur.
