Liliana C. Rodríguez
Teaching mentor, La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Foundation
- Since 2006
- English, Spanish
For 20 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Liliana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
