Liliana B. Acosta
Retired environmental science teacher from Parkside Academy
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States
- Parkside Academy
- 1989 to 2009
- English, Spanish
For 20 years I was the environmental science teacher at Parkside Academy. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Liliana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
