Liliana A. Nava
Mentor in recovery and careers
- 🇲🇽 Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Irapuato Association
- 1993 to 2014
- Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Irapuato Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Liliana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Liliana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
