Lilian Irene Tembo
Mentor in first-generation students and farming
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Trinity Association
- Since 1978
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For 48 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
