Lilian Faith Tembo
Coached cycling for 19 years in Dodoma
- 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
- Dodoma Community Club
- Since 2007
- English, Swahili
For 19 years I've run the cycling program at Dodoma Community Club in Dodoma. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lilian
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Lilian: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
