Lidia Yakovlev
Teacher at Riverside Technical College, loves Spanish
- 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia
- Riverside Technical College
- Since 1989
- English, Russian
Riverside Technical College is my second home. I teach Spanish there since 1989, mostly first-year students.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lidia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Lidia: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

You taught me Spanish in 2005 at Riverside Technical College. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
