Lidia Oliynyk

Volunteer mentor with Berlin Association

  • 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
  • 2013 to 2022
  • German, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Berlin Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Lidia

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
