Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Andes Association
- Since 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Andes Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
