Liam G. Richards
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Community Trust
- Since 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Buffalo Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Liam
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
