For 36 years I have been the special education teacher at Mount Pleasant Boys' School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Liam
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Liam: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me special education in 2006 at Mount Pleasant Boys' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 1998. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Pune.
