Mentor in small business and leadership
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,340 people through Hillcrest Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
