Lia Okta Purnomo

Teacher at St. Anne's Academy, loves computer science

I taught computer science at St. Anne's Academy in Jakarta Barat from 2004 to 2012. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I never turned anyone away. Over the years I had 450 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Lia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
