Lia Dinda Effendi

28 years teaching early years in Jakarta

I teach early years at Jacaranda Boys' School in Jakarta since 1978. Most days I teach first-year students, and I never turn anyone away. Over the years I've had 1,970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Lia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
