I farm potatoes near Çankaya. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Leyla: A gift would go toward seed and repairs after a bad season.
