Leyla Erdem
Baseball coach, Augsburg Boxing Gym
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- 1979 to 2012
- English, Turkish
For 33 years I ran the baseball program at Augsburg Boxing Gym in Augsburg. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Leyla: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
