I coached athletics at Lotus Sports Club from 2010 to 2021. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Leyla
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Leyla: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
