Letícia Débora Rocha
Volunteer mentor with Santos Association
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Association
- 1990 to 2005
- Portuguese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Santos Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Letícia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Letícia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
