Lester E. Velasco
Design and technology and special education teacher, New Orleans
- 🇺🇸 New Orleans, Louisiana, United States
- Greenfield Grammar School
- 1981 to 1993
- English, Filipino
Greenfield Grammar School was my second home. I taught design and technology there from 1981 to 1993, mostly Year 9.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Lester
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
