Lester Abad
Mentor in small business and writing

I'm a mentor in small business. I spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lester: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
