Lerato S. Nel
Retired history teacher from Good Shepherd High School
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Good Shepherd High School
- 2011 to 2019
- English, Afrikaans, Spanish
For eight years I was the history teacher at Good Shepherd High School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
More about Lerato
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Lerato: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
