I've been a nurse for 21 years, most of them in neonatal care at Summit Clinic in Johannesburg. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
