Lerato D. Van der Merwe
Leadership mentor, Richards Bay
- 🇿🇦 Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Richards Bay Foundation
- 1997 to 2021

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Richards Bay Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
