Leonardo W. Valdez
Youth football coach and mentor

- Summit Swimming Club
- 1993 to 2003
- Spanish
I coached football at Summit Swimming Club from 1993 to 2003. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Leonardo
If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
