I've coached softball at Caxias do Sul Central Swimming Club since 2013. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Leonardo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Leonardo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
