Leonardo Miller
Helping people break into careers
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Cincinnati Mentoring Circle
- Since 1987
- English, French
For 39 years I've mentored people in careers and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Leonardo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Leonardo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
